Heroes on the Harbor

USS Midway Aircraft Carrier, San Diego Bay, CA

On September 13, 2008, aboard the USS Midway aircraft carrier on San Diego Bay, we honor the heroes that have come home wounded, and for some, disabled for life. All proceeds will benefit the Warrior Foundation, Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund and C5, all not-for-profit organizations, who assist those wounded Service Members who have paid a significant price in serving our country. This event is a production of Holding Hands Charities.

The evening will include food, live music, silent and live auctions, fireworks and a Wine/Chocolate Extravaganza. Plus, experience the music of Billy Joel, Elton John and John Lennon with a tribute by nationally known Lee Alverson and his band, considered to be one of the nation’s best tribute bands for these artists. Also featuring “Art In Concert” by Michael Israel (www.MichaelIsrael.com) who will amaze you with his live art performance to honor our Heroes!
